Wagner is one of the founding partners of Msantos Intellectual Property. Graduated in design, he is an Intellectual Property Agent with more than 10 (ten) years of experience in patent processing, trademarks and industrial designs, he has already acted in specialized offices of IP, along with Science and Technology Institutions – ICT’s and business incubators.  He is part of in associations of IP as Agent Association of Industrial Property – ABAPI and Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property – ABPI.

He has a degree in product design by the Universidade do Estado do Pará – UEPA, he is master in Design by the University of Tsukuba (Japan), through of scholarship of the Education Ministry, Culture, Sports, Science and Japan Technology – MEXT, and he is specialist in Intellectual Property Law by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica - PUC-Rio.

Swimming is one of the activities that he practices to keep the physical and mental balance. In entertainment moments, he likes to be in close touch with the nature, observing and interacting with the fauna and flora. At home, the kitchen is the place where he ventures himself to experience new and traditional recipes.
